Our production is exclusivelly aimed to businesses, with processes that use injection, compression and/or vacuum, without require a minimum batch.
We do samplings with prices very competitive and free consultings.
To realize round gaskets we use our own molds, which allows the formation of pipes that will be grinded and, after, cut with C.N. machines.
For technical articles exclusivelly used by the client, we use scecific molds. We work on request and drawing of clients with joinable molds able to realize gaskets from Ø 4 mm to Ø 124 mm.
We use SBR, NBR, PARA, VMQ, FKM, EPDM, PU, PE, PTFE, CR, TOG, TX, TGB with hardness variable from 40 to 85 ShA.
We do specific attachment metal-rubber, with rubber's bead on metallic inserts finished by grinding.
We realize grindings ad cuts even third party.

Short legend:
- SBR = good elasticity and resistance to abrasion, maximum temperature of 90/100°C, decent resistance to UV rays;
- NBR = resistant to mineral oils, gasoline and gases;
- PARA = great elasticity, but very lack resistance to oils and UV rays;
- VMQ = lack resistance to abrasion, but great to temperature (200°C);
- FKM = excellent resistance to acids and solvents, petrol and high temperatures (250°C);
- EPDM = resistant to UV rays and temperatures of 120°C;
- PU = great mechanical properties, great resistance to abrasion, great resistance to mineral oils and UV rays and good resistance to salted water;
